Event Coordinator

Position Overview:

Quebe Group is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of corporate events, concerts, and weddings. You’ll work closely with clients and vendors to ensure smooth logistics, exceptional service, and unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing event concepts and timelines
Coordinate with vendors for venue setup, catering, AV services, and other requirements
Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and seating arrangements
Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring all operations run smoothly
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the event
Provide post-event reports, including feedback and analysis of event success

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in event management software and tools
Flexible schedule, willing to work nights and weekends as required

Description:
